Service

N.S. Business Technology offers the before and after sales service that a small business requires. This includes a thorough onsite analysis of your current systems or manual business models and recommendations on the best course of action. This may include repair, software re-installation, system augmentation or complete replacement.

N.S. Business Technology has been appointed as the Compucon Service agent (through their CoverIT third party warranty service) for the Maitland area.

N.S. Business Technology provides service at $99.00 per hour, with a minimum half hour charge. We do not charge call out fees.

N.S. Business Technology also recognises that "Help Desk Facilities" are highly valuable for Small Business. Specifically for Business that have not reached a size where "in-house" technology support is necessary. N.S. Business Technology can fill this void with it's "Help Desk Service"

N.S. Business Technology's “On Call - Help Desk ” retained services are available at three different levels.

$148.50 (inc GST) per month entitles you to 2 Hours per month. This is equivalent to a 25% discount on the regular charged rate.
$264.00 (inc GST) per month entitles you to 4 Hours per month. This is equivalent to a 33% discount on the regular charged rate.
$475.20 (inc GST) per month entitles you to 8 Hours per month. This is equivalent to a 40% discount on the regular charged rate.

This excludes any parts, components or peripherals that may be required. This will guarantee that support is offered within agreed to time frames and also offer service to all Information Technology products (Desktop computers, Laptops, Printers, File Servers, Networks and peripherals). N.S. Business Technology will offer the hours on a rollover basis, so that whatever portion of hours are not used in that month can be rolled over to the next month. Any hours used over the retained hours would be charged at $99 per hour GST inclusive.
